PR agency in Paris for companies driving the green transition
France’s national newsrooms are in Paris, and so is our team. We earn coverage for green transition companies in the business, general and trade press: targeted pitches, coverage tracked live, prices on display.

The French press is highly centralised: major newsrooms, transition trade shows and decision-makers are in Paris or a few train stops away. Being on the spot changes how you work with journalists.
Proximity
National newsrooms a metro ride away
Most of the French business, general and tech press works out of Paris. A coffee with a journalist can be set up within the week, and a face-to-face conversation often does more than a string of follow-up emails.

Challenges
Events
The trade shows that set the transition agenda
ChangeNOW, VivaTech, Produrable, the French mayors’ convention (Salon des maires): these Paris events draw journalists looking for stories. We prepare your meetings with them, before and after.
Meetings
Press lunches and real-life meetings
An executive a journalist has met becomes a source they can call back. We organise press lunches, site visits and face-to-face interviews when the story calls for it.
Responsiveness
Responding to the news the same day
A government announcement, new figures from ADEME, a controversy: newsrooms look for experts within the hour. A Paris team that knows your business can put your spokesperson forward for a TV studio or a phone interview the same day.
The right criteria
How to choose a PR agency in Paris
Paris has no shortage of PR agencies, from generalists to luxury or tech specialists. Six questions help you sort them out, including us.
1
A specialism that matches your sector
Ask: which clients do you have in my sector?
An agency that already follows your market knows its journalists, its trade shows and its sensitive topics. It gets going faster and suggests credible angles. A generalist agency suits a consumer story, rarely a technical one.
2
Knowing who actually does the work
Ask: who will write my pitches and call the journalists?
Sometimes the partner signs the contract and a junior sends the emails. Ask who will handle your account, with what experience, and how many other clients they manage at the same time.
3
A clear method and clear reporting
Ask: what will my reporting look like?
Ask to see a real report before signing: story ideas pitched, journalists contacted, replies received, coverage. A report that only lists emails sent tells you nothing about what worked.
4
Tools and an up-to-date media list
Ask: how do you keep your media list current?
Journalists often change beats or titles. A list bought once a year sends your stories to people who have moved on. Ask how the agency finds out who writes about your topic today.
5
Results you can check
Ask: can I read your clients’ coverage?
A wall of logos is not enough. Ask for real, dated articles in media you actually read, and a case study close to your situation. Be wary of guaranteed coverage: journalists cannot be bought.
6
A clear pricing model
Ask: what does the retainer include, and for how long?
Monthly retainer, pay-per-result or one-off project: what matters is knowing what is included, the minimum commitment and any extra fees before the first meeting.
The right choice depends on your stage and your sector
A startup announcing its first funding round and an industrial SME launching a low-carbon offer do not need the same agency. If your story sits outside the green transition, an agency that specialises in your field will serve you better than we would.
Why 425PPM
What 425PPM does differently
As a Paris-based press relations and digital marketing agency, we work for companies that speed up the green transition. What that means day to day:
Specialism
An agency dedicated to the transition

Decarbonisation
Sustainable mobility
Renewable energy

Foodtech
In-house tool
Strato, built by our team
Strato tells us who is writing about what this week, tracks every pitch and captures your coverage the same day. You see what we see in your client dashboard, in real time.
Targeting
Fewer pitches, better targeted
We keep the pressure measured: each story goes to the handful of journalists who actually cover your topic, with an angle written for their section. Fewer emails, better read.
Team
A dedicated team, a single point of contact
Two to four dedicated consultants depending on the plan, and one person who knows your account end to end: your topics, your spokespeople, the journalists already met. Coverage reporting lands every month, without you having to ask.
SEO and AI
Coverage that also works for Google and AI
An article in a recognised outlet strengthens your authority in Google’s eyes and feeds the answers of ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini. We coordinate PR, SEO and content so that every piece of coverage counts twice.
Four steps, tracked in Strato and visible in your dashboard.
01
Finding the angle
We start from your news and from what newsrooms are publishing right now. We draw out two or three angles a journalist can defend at the editorial meeting, and the key messages for your spokespeople.
02
Targeting the right journalists
For each angle, Strato surfaces the journalists who have covered the topic in recent months, in Paris and in the regions. We review the list outlet by outlet before the first pitch goes out.
03
Pitching, following up, meeting
Tailored pitches, phone follow-ups, press lunches and interviews: we prepare your spokespeople and set up meetings in Paris when they serve your story.
04
Measuring and adjusting
Every piece of coverage is captured the same day and linked to your campaign. At each review, we look at what landed and what did not, then adjust the angles for the following month.

Prices, timelines, agency or freelancer: the answers we give in a first meeting.
How much does a PR agency in Paris cost?
Most Paris agencies charge a monthly retainer with a commitment of a few months. At 425PPM, prices are public: our three press relations plans range from €3,500 to €8,000 excl. VAT per month, plus a €1,800 setup fee, with a three-month minimum commitment.
The one that knows your sector and its journalists, shows coverage you can check and tells you who will work on your account. For a green transition company, we think we are a good choice. For fashion or luxury, an agency that specialises in those fields will serve you better.
Do I need a Paris agency if my company is based elsewhere in France?
Not necessarily, but it helps if you are aiming for the national press: the newsrooms and most TV studios are in Paris. We work with companies based all over France and add the regional press when it matters to your customers, your hiring or your local officials.
With strong news, such as a funding round or a launch, the first articles can come out in the first month. For a regular presence, allow three to six months: the time it takes to build solid relationships with the journalists in your sector.
PR agency or freelancer: which should you choose?
A freelance press officer often costs less and suits a one-off announcement or a tight budget. An agency brings a team, tools, continuity during holidays and several angles in parallel. It all depends on your stage and how often you have news to share.
Which media do you target?
The ones your customers, investors and future employees read: national business and general press, tech media, the trade press of your industry, radio, television and the regional press. Our clients have been covered by Les Echos, Le Figaro, BFM TV, L’Usine Nouvelle, Maddyness and Novethic, among others.
Do you also handle SEO and visibility in AI answers?
Yes. We coordinate press relations, SEO and content so that your coverage strengthens your position on Google and your citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini. Both can be combined, with a discount from the second service onwards.
